Hope everyone had a great weekend. Many families across the nation are adjusting to the demands of a new school year. It seems like just yesterday my children were starting kindergarten but this year my three are going to college! Boy, how time flies. It is sad to me that while I was walking the campus with them last week that their security and safety was first on my mind. When we got home, I downloaded their school’s emergency procedures manual to review with them. They weren’t thrilled, but it made me feel better. I will also make it a point to learn about their security system and offer my assistance if there is any need. Just what they need right, a concerned parent that is in the door & hardware industry! Here’s to a happy and safe school year for all of our children.
